Mountpark were moving from a dark and outdated space to a newly refurbished Cat A open floor plate in a prime location near Bond Street.
The brief was to create a sophisticated and social space where spatial and aesthetic aspects balanced the formality and privacy required for client-facing spaces with a more connected and laid-back experience for the team.
This was achieved by creating private and focussed spaces in the centre of the floor plan and a series of bright, open and collaborative spaces, all connected on the exterior. Tied together with a muted and harmonious materials palette, using texture to bring depth, character and functionality to each area.

GXO wanted a refined and elegant design for their new London headquarters that maximised the natural light in the space.
The challenge was to fulfil the need for predominantly enclosed working spaces without losing a sense of connectedness, space and light.
To achieve this, natural materials and earthy tones were selected, with unified tones and materials throughout to create harmony. Depth and warmth were created through texture on panelling, fluted glass and acoustic baffles.

GKN’s new London headquarters needed to fulfil many roles; a welcoming and adaptable work space, a formal meeting suit and a vibrant social hub for hosting events.
The working areas needed to feel mature, but the brief for the kitchen and bar was ‘more like a BrewDog pub than an office’.
Playing with light and dark throughout the design helped to balance these two distinct modes for the space. For the social spaces, a dark colour drench with moody lighting helped create the hospitality ambience the client were after. In contrast the working spaces were bright, open and used clean lines and muted tones with energetic colour pops.

Fifteen Marketing were moving from a tried and cramped 2,000 sq ft space into a vast, modern space they would grow into as they expanded rapidly.
The space need to adaptive over time as their headcount grew, without feeling empty on day one. It need to reflect their playful brand and cater to a young workforce, without feeling childish.
This was achieved by using light and textured timber tones, earthy grounded greens and bold pops of colour, with plenty of integrated planting. Zones for work, play, connection and recharging were created by using light and colour for energising spaces and depth, darker tones and softer textures to support recharge and disconnection.

Mindful Chef were excited to bring their office and kitchen teams together under one roof in their first real HQ in Battersea.
The brief was to unified 3 separate commercial units beneath a residential development to create a bright, brand-infused collaborative work space and a large test kitchen and studio space, tied together by a central hub fulfilling many roles; staff kitchen, social hub, touch-down working and all-hands company meetings.
This had to be achieved by working with, not against, the existing architecture with different floor levels and ceiling heights throughout. Zones, or ‘neighbourhoods’ were created for meeting, working, collaborating and for the working kitchen and studio. Leaving the services and raw concrete slab exposed created breathing room to inject the brand’s bold colours and playful character without overwhelming the aesthetic. Sustainability was high on the agenda and considered from services design through to the recycled upholstery and natural wall-coverings.

9 Gough Chambers were taking a leap and moving from an historic and characterful chambers to newly refurbished modern building with open floorplates.
The aim was to create a space that maximised the natural light, open space and potential for collaboration whilst creating something that delivered refinement and elegance in a space where the architecture lacked character.
A blend of simple forms, muted colours, mid-toned, textured timbers and earthy leather upholstery created a mood that felt elegant and elevated, but honest within the architecture. Modular track lighting played an important role in setting the scene across meeting, working and social spaces,

Having partnered with the client for 9 month’s prior to the move, providing workplace strategy advice, the brief was fully developed when design started.
The client had clear global design standards and a strong brand aesthetic that needed to be translated perfectly into the design whilst adapting to the nature of the existing architecture and local nuances.
After locking down the layouts, the detailing, finishes and materials selection were chosen throughout a collaborative process with the client’s global brand and real estate teams.

Croud were a high-growth young brand moving into their first official office. They needed a space that meet the needs of their growing team whilst retaining the cosy, laid back and residential feel they were used to.
The teams needed a significant amount of informal meeting and working space and boardrooms down to single occupancy phone booths. They also wanted a central hub for eating, drinking and connecting throughout the day and evenings.
Marrying vibrant colours, rich textures and layering timber finishes the space was able to retain the eclectic feel they wanted whilst delivering the functionality they desperately needed.
